These terms apply to the Pixel Pitch Poster app ("the app") and this website.

Personal use

The app is a private tool for the personal use of the owner of Pixel Pitch, to publish his own videos to his own TikTok accounts. It is not offered to the public.

TikTok rules

Anyone using the app must follow the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.

Content

Pixel Pitch videos are animated pixel-art reconstructions based on match reports. They are not real match footage. Pixel Pitch is not affiliated with any league, club, or TikTok.

No warranty

The app and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page.
