Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Pixel Pitch Poster app ("the app") handles data. The app is a private tool used only by the owner of Pixel Pitch to post his own videos to his own TikTok accounts.

Data we access from TikTok

When the owner signs in with TikTok, the app receives:

• Basic profile information (scope user.info.basic), such as the account's open_id, display name and avatar.
• Permission to upload and publish videos to that account (scopes video.upload and video.publish).
• Access and refresh tokens that let the app act on these permissions.

The app does not read followers, messages, comments, analytics, or other users' data.

How we use it

The data is used only to confirm which account is connected and to post the owner's own videos, with the caption and privacy setting he reviewed and approved. It is not used for anything else.

Storage

Tokens and profile information are stored securely on a private server controlled by the owner. They are never shared with or sold to anyone.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only while the app is connected. You can revoke the app's access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy > Security > Manage app permissions. You can also ask for your data to be deleted by emailing pixelpitch@ustunozgur.com. After access is revoked or a request is received, stored tokens and profile data are deleted.

Website videos and external services

This website does not run its own analytics scripts or set its own tracking cookies.

Videos use YouTube’s embedded player in Privacy Enhanced Mode. The featured player loads with the page; other players may load as they approach the visible part of the page. YouTube receives information needed to serve the player and its images, including before you press play, and may process data under its own policies. Privacy Enhanced Mode does not mean that no data is sent to YouTube. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Links to social platforms open those services, where their own policies apply. Contact links open your email application; this website has no contact form or visitor account system.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
